Description

• Generate and issue invoices based on services rendered or products sold • Monitor and follow up on customer accounts for overdue payments • Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness • Prepare aging reports and other financial reports related to accounts receivable • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field. • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero and/or Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel. • Biotechnology or relevant experience strongly preferred • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
