Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership on business goals and develop legal strategies that support organizational success • Drive operational excellence and efficiency in Legal processes to enable the organization to manage and scale proposal and contract management (PCM), vendor contracts and other legal surface areas • Partner with Quality to oversee people compliance and risk management to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements • Partner with People on employment, HR compliance and corporate planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Legal function with at least 4 years of management experience • Experience at a scaling startup preferred • Experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical or clinical research preferred
