• Own hiring end-to-end • Find and engage engineers in Turkey and Eastern Europe • Conduct initial recruiter interviews • Qualify for independence, competence, and problem solving ability • Improve and operationalize our hiring process • Work directly with founders
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years recruiting technical roles (backend / software engineers) • Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent • Strong understanding of backend engineering profiles (Python, web backend) • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments • High ownership: you operate like a founder in hiring
