Description
• Channel Management - Maintaining and maximising revenue growth via partners • Partner Recruitment - Develop partner footprint across territory • Channel Partner Enablement - Ensure partners are fully trained • Develop and execute marketing/go-to-market plans • Ongoing monitoring of sales pipeline • Establish and execute sales goals • Educate sales channel on strategies • Analyze market trends for growth opportunities • Manage and expand channel partner network • Build lasting relationships with prospects and customers • Research, prospect, and establish leads • Prepare sales and revenue reports • Conduct trainings and lectures for resellers and customers • Stay updated on product issues and solutions
Requirements
• Experience of building and managing channel partner relationships • Understanding of indirect GTM models • Proven track record of revenue growth • Business development capabilities • Knowledge of broadcast and ProAv verticals • Interpersonal and communication skills • Public speaking and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and exceed goals • Strong organizational skills • Team-oriented • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) • Valid driver's license and Passport • Computer proficiency • Salesforce CRM knowledge (a plus) • Business Level English proficiency
