• Focus on player/customer support and community management solutions in Japan • Generate new business/new logo business • Create a client base through content lead outreach campaigns including cold calls, social networking, and business networking • Collaborate with other key stakeholders within the business to develop partnership strategies • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for each new client • Identify new prospects and develop sales development strategies for these prospects • Evaluate all sales leads and provide value/profit assessment, create quotes for new and existing customers in coordination with the service delivery team • Act as a key account manager for selected clients, participate in client meetings and presentations, and communicate with clients to manage client partnerships
• Sales experience in customer service, outsourcing services, or related services – ideally targeting stakeholders at all levels of the organization in player support, community, and related technology products and services • Knowledge of business development, account management, or player support in the gaming industry • Sophisticated communication skills across all communication channels, ability to independently perform most of the work when exploring, evaluating, and closing new business • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, experience with spreadsheets, documentation, and use of sales CRM tools • Business level proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing), fluency in Japanese • Ability to manage own time and accustomed to communicating with the upper management • Have a dedicated workspace if working from home • Revenue pipeline management experience • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Able to anticipate opportunities, self-driven, organized, and passionate about gaming Preferred: • Extensive network of contacts in the gaming industry related to player support • Passion for gaming
