They operate primarily for homeowners in Electronic City and nearby neighborhoods, offering free consultations and a mix of virtual and in-person design workflows.

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and account reconciliations. • Coordinate with vendors for bills, payments, documentation, and GST-related requirements. • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory calculations and filings. • Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other management reports. • Track and analyse project-wise revenue, costs, profits, and profit margins. • Monitor and reconcile studio fixed and variable expenses. • Manage petty cash, office expenses, and expense documentation. • Coordinate with banks for payments, bank reconciliations, and other banking transactions. • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions. • Monitor statutory and accounting compliance in line with company policies. • Support internal audits and maintain proper financial documentation. • Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting and reconciliation issues. • Provide financial data and reports to management as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter. • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the interior design, construction, or project-based industry. • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and other accounting software. • Good understanding of payroll and expense management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Immediate joiners preferred.
