📋 Description

• Provide individual coaching and career counseling for participants • Lead online workshops and Q&A sessions on applications, professional networking, positioning/personal branding, soft skills, and HR interview preparation • Collaborate with the team to design and develop the online career course on the learning platform • Review cover letters, CVs/resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure application quality • Organize career services processes such as Slack reminders, workshop scheduling, and online events • Act as an interface to Community Management within the Career & Community team • Contribute relevant information to cross-team collaboration • Contribute to a positive experience for course participants • Moderate and run course events from welcome to closing • Travel to Berlin approximately 3–4 times per year for team events and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in (tech) recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management, or career services • Very strong communication and organizational skills • High level of reliability • Proactive, pragmatic working style and willingness to take responsibility • Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for new challenges and creative solutions • High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic working environment • Strong service- and solution-orientation • Passion for education, career development, and working with people • German at native level • English at C1 level • Willingness to travel to Berlin approximately 3–4 times per year for team events and workshops • Experience designing and delivering workshops is desirable • Understanding of or experience in the IT/tech sector is desirable • Experience with learning platforms (LMS) or digital learning tools is desirable
