📋 Description

• Provide individualized support and development for participants in their learning and development processes • Promote professional, methodological, social and personal action competencies • Create and further develop cross-module teaching and learning materials as well as practical exercises and learning prompts • Take subject-matter responsibility for the development of the modules “Professional Office Training”, “Practical Mathematics” and “Practical Mathematics for IT Professions” within the course series “Fundamentals for Business and Services (GFWD)” • Develop innovative learning scenarios, interactive learning prompts and collaborative learning settings in line with Learning 4.0 • Closely collaborate with colleagues and actively contribute to development and improvement processes • Participate in quality assurance measures and the continuous enhancement of learning offerings • Support people as a coach, learning-process facilitator and source of inspiration • Encourage exchange and stimulate reflective practice • Support participants in realizing and developing their potential

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or degree in education, social pedagogy, business administration or a comparable field • Ideally experience teaching basic skills, in particular mathematics and/or Professional Office Training • Strong New Work mindset • Enjoy designing new approaches to learning • Passion for supporting learning processes and developing competencies • Confident use of digital learning environments as well as modern collaboration and communication tools • Excellent communication skills, empathy and the ability to motivate others • Responsible and independent working style • Willingness to take responsibility for learning content and its further development • Team spirit and readiness to actively shape an open learning and working culture • Excellent command of German (C2 level) as the language of instruction • Willingness to attend at least one in-person meeting per year
