• Lead design for Wealthfront's Growth team • Handle design from exploration to iteration, shipping, and synthesizing insights • Collaborate with other area leads and executives to define area strategy • Lead projects ranging from data-driven experiments to strategic initiatives • Drive significant positive impact for Wealthfront's users and business

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role in consumer tech • Experience shaping focus and strategy for initiatives • Experience working across the entire product development lifecycle • Strong ability to turn complex problems into simple and engaging customer experiences • Strong visual and interaction design craft • Strong ability to use quantitative data and qualitative insights • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in visual communications or animation is a plus
