📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure • Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and internal databases • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening to assess candidate fit • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build sourcing strategies • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings • Support offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-onboarding formalities • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house) • Hands-on experience with sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace tools • Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through • Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience from the IT sector preferred • Familiarity with recruitment for clients across multiple geographies • Sourcing expertise across multiple channels • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management • Stakeholder communication and coordination • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience • IT sector and multi-geography recruitment exposure
