• Increase per-impression yield across ad inventory. • Work closely with demand partners and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) to drive improvements in key metrics such as RPMs, CPMs, Bid Rates, and Win Rates. • Leverage historical data to analyze yield patterns, identify opportunities, and develop data-informed solutions to increase revenue. • Conduct A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of various strategies and product initiatives, informing future decisions. • Liaise with product and engineering teams and partners to troubleshoot ad implementations and optimizations. • Collaborate with COO and business team to identify new monetization opportunities and implement changes to increase yield. • Act as subject matter expert, managing projects and keeping team informed of industry trends and developments related to yield optimization.
• 3-5 years of AdOps experience managing yield and partnerships at a programmatic publisher, SSP, or related sell-side monetization platform. Experience managing yield for a gaming publisher is a plus. • Programmatic and header bidding experience (prebid.js, TAM, GAM) • Some experience managing day-to-day relationships with SSPs and demand partners. • Comfortable with analyzing spreadsheets and business intelligence tools (Google Looker Studio, and a willingness to learn other tools)
