Description

• The Wikimedia Foundation is looking for a Finance Project Manager to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team • Responsible for designing, implementing and executing processes to streamline internal reporting and forecasting • Act as a strategic partner to Executive Management • Manage financial reporting, forecasting processes, and project calendars • Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations • Develop key insights to support strategic decision-making • Analyze cost drivers and macro-economic trends • Work with a range of stakeholders and collaborate across teams • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a diverse environment • Provide top-level attention to detail and ensure work is complete

Requirements

• 2+ years work experience + Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Program or Project Management, Business Analytics, Finance or similar • Experience in building scalable processes for financial reporting and planning activities • Understanding of financial reporting systems and system integration requirements • Ability to establish clear systems for project participation across multiple teams and departments • Experience in managing projects using Asana or similar project management tools • Comfort in using financial systems (eg. Workday Adaptive Planning) and providing data analysis for problem-solving
