📋 Description

• Oversee and manage VAs during assigned working hours • Ensure daily sourcing goals are reached • Assist with sourcing activities as needed • Help standardize and establish department procedures • Support the team in maintaining consistent processes and achieving department goals

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience; 4 years preferred • E-commerce background is preferred but not required • Good English communication skills • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to oversee VAs and ensure daily goals are met • Ability to assist with sourcing as needed • Ability to help standardize and improve department processes • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Ability to work 4:00 PM–12:00 AM EST
