📋 Description

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns for real estate properties • Manage and maintain social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Create, schedule, and publish property listings, promotional posts, videos, reels, and stories • Coordinate with agents, brokers, photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather marketing materials • Prepare and update property listings, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials • Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and inquiries and coordinate responses • Maintain records of property listings, marketing activities, leads, and campaign results • Organize property photos, videos, floor plans, and other digital assets • Track social media performance and prepare basic marketing reports and analytics • Support email marketing, database management, and other digital marketing activities • Assist with property launches, open houses, events, and promotional activities • Conduct basic market and competitor research • Perform general administrative tasks related to marketing and real estate

🎯 Requirements

• Self-provided USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 50 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps • Dual monitor • Willingness to comply with BIR self-registration and required government contributions • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays • Independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law • Completion of English proficiency test, personality test, video introduction, and sample voice call • Submission of screenshots of device specifications and internet speeds • Submission of pictures of equipment and work setup
