• Impact of the Role: As a Lead Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fueling the company's growth by designing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategy. Your efforts will directly contribute to building our pipeline, increasing revenue, and establishing a strong brand presence in the market. Through strategic planning and execution across digital campaigns, high-touch events, and targeted messaging, you will engage key personas and accounts, driving measurable impact and supporting our ambitious growth goals. • What you'll do: 1. Develop and execute a multi-faceted demand generation strategy, including digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and high-touch events to engage with top accounts and decision-makers. 2. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation tactics, using data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance continually. 3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across all marketing initiatives. 4. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, creativity, and a data-driven approach to achieving our marketing objectives.
• 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or marketing, with a proven track record of success. • Strong understanding of demand gen strategies, digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. • Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on achieving measurable results.
