• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of TAMs. Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure exceptional service to customers • Collaborate with various teams on strategic account plans for customer retention and growth • Program manage account escalations for timely resolution • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wiz platform and emerging cloud security threats • Help customers develop Success Plans and measure achievement of goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in Technical Account Management or similar role • Strong technical expertise and customer-facing experience • Excellent leadership skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive customer experience • Familiarity with cloud security ecosystem and technologies
