• Responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform • Provide both strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers • Act as bridge between customers, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support • Contribute to customer success and be part of an innovative, collaborative company • Help customers with deployment, operational best practices, and establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence • Develop trusted advisor relationships and assist in developing Success Plans • Identify and address technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction • Advocate for customer needs across various departments • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform
• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
