• Responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform • Provide technical guidance to customers from onboarding to operationalization • Bridge between customers and internal teams to enhance customer experience • Contribute to customer success and company growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent experience
