• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices • Familiarity with container technologies and associated security considerations • Strong problem-solving skills • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
