• Planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform • Providing expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence • Developing trusted advisor relationships and Success Plans for customers • Identifying and addressing technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction • Advocating for customer needs across various departments • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Wiz platform and emerging cloud security threats

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices • Familiarity with container technologies and associated security considerations • Strong problem-solving skills • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
