Description

• Workleap builds simple employee experience software that enables people to work at their best. With over 20,000 happy customers in more than 100 countries, Workleap is a must-have for businesses looking to create a more engaging and successful workplace. • As a Content Designer you'll be assigned to a few squads within the Workleap Platform team. Each squad has a product designer and a mandate. Content designers participate in team ideation and other design activities, working on the user experience in collaboration with product designers. You’ll also work on localization by collaborating with our translation vendor as well as developers on the team. Additionally, you’ll also participate in weekly and quarterly design team rituals that enable us to collaborate, keep our quality bar high, and learn together. • A typical week?  - Collaborating with a product designer, you’ll review the latest designs for a new project. - You’ll suggest iterations to the user experience and get some feedback on your work in progress, too. - Reviewing the latest user research insights in Dovetail or Productboard, you’ll gain insight into our users needs and opportunities. - During your solo maker time, you’ll write content variations and play around with different options and flows. - After a 1:1 design review with a design leader and/or fellow content designers, you’ll make a couple adjustments, and send your work off for translation. - If there’s time, you’ll clean up your part of the figma file, and maybe even suggest updates for our Content Style Guide. - Let’s not forget design team rituals. We meet weekly on Monday for icebreakers and a visual standup in Figjam. We also meet on Tuesdays for work sessions where we ideate, problem solve, or give feedback. • What does your future team look like? - You’ll be working on the platform team, which consists of a few squads all working toward a common goal. Each of those squads has a product designer, content designer, product manager, and several developers. - Naturally you’ll also be a part of the Officevibe & Workleap Design Team. The team is currently 10 people, but will be expanding significantly this year. This team consists of Product Designers, Content Designers, as well as a Product Design Manager and Director of Design. Everyone on the design team is thoughtful, considerate, and kind. Our design team's secret sauce is that we integrate impactful quality-oriented work with fun. • What are the next challenges awaiting your team? - Our products are great on their own, but they’ll be even stronger together as part of our integrated product portfolio and platform. The platform team’s goal is to amplify the value of each of our hero products. We’ll achieve this through synergies between our product suite, platform user management, integrations, the first-time user experience, analytics, reporting, and even brand-new AI capabilities.
