• Managing new business within the Account Management Book of Business assigned to you. • Managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing • Managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, especially outreach activities • Understanding an account’s needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs • Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers • Using SalesForce.com, SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo for lead management and sales forecasting • Ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
• 2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred) • Bachelor's Degree preferred • French language (Native), English (Fluent), and additional languages is a plus • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close • Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business • Experience with solution selling • Outbound sales calling experience • Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom
