Description

• Develop and execute growth strategies by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, define key metrics, and develop strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth • Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize features and enhancements that drive user growth and engagement • Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product decisions and drive growth initiatives • Design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on product features and marketing campaigns to optimize user acquisition and conversion rates • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives, ensure smooth execution, and drive product success • Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth strategies • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in product management, leading cross-functional product, design, and software engineering teams • 4+ years experience in growth product management, including for self-service products • Bonus points if you have 1+ years experience working on AI/ML products • Prior experience working at fast-paced startups • Experience in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user research and testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics) • Proven ability to deeply understand analytics and use insights • Experience in launching 0 to 1 products • You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done
