📋 Description

• Identify and research potential global clients, through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital channels • Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects, uncovering their needs and positioning Yuno's solutions with relevance • Present Yuno's value proposition clearly and compellingly, addressing questions and objections with confidence • Qualify leads and hand off high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team with full context • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring the team always has a clear view of pipeline activity • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity across the region to sharpen your prospecting strategy • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and targeting • Bring new ideas on how to improve prospecting approaches — if you see a better way, say so

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory — part of the interview process will be conducted in English • 2+ years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales role • +1 years of experience in banking could be a plus. • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for sales • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
