β’ Build, maintain, and expand client relationships within an assigned territory β’ Position Erie Architectural Products as the preferred curtain wall vendor β’ Work closely with Sales, Estimating, and leadership teams to provide critical project information β’ Support bid strategy and establish themselves as a subject matter expert in the curtain wall industry β’ Prequalify project opportunities to ensure they fit with the strategic vision of the company β’ Provide winning strategies for project opportunities in assigned territories β’ Participate in and support inside sales effort including takeoffs, scope qualifications, system selections, and others β’ Develop a full understanding of market and competitive dynamics including participants, how jobs are won and lost in assigned territory β’ Coordinate resource requirements including technical support, territory management supports β’ Provide oversight and support in the initial Design Assist phase of the Project
β’ Minimum of 3 years of estimating/sales experience within glazing industry β’ Bachelorβs degree in architecture, construction management, business, or a related field β’ Must have valid driverβs license and reliable transportation β’ Must maintain valid travel documentation for travel to Canada β’ Good understanding of building construction β’ Knowledge related to curtain wall, storefront, entrances, and window products preferred. β’ Effective communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal β’ Effective skills in analytical thinking and problem solving. β’ Ability to perform multiple tasks and ability to effectively manage conflict.
