Description

• Build strong relationships with assigned customers • Act as primary point of contact for customer success-related activities • Guide customers through planning and deployment of YugabyteDB • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams • Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and expansion • Provide educational resources and training to customers • Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar role in the technology or software industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven stakeholder management skills • Proven project management skills • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets • Experience working with enterprise customers • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies
