Description

• Zelh is looking for a Carrier Sales Manager (Team Lead) who will be the primary point of contact for carriers and manage relationships with them. • The customer's goal is to facilitate intelligent, sustainable, and scalable connections between shippers and carriers. • The candidate will engage with 90-130+ carriers daily, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide stellar customer service. • They will develop and maintain long-standing relationships with carriers, train new carriers, and collaborate with key carriers to help them grow their businesses. • Keen negotiation skills are required to ensure optimal cost for carriers. • The candidate will be expected to work up to four weekends per year.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer support and experience in managing a team • Comfortable dealing with regular situational ambiguity • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Organized and efficient time management • Understanding of strong customer service principles • Resilience and eagerness to learn and grow
