• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS • Experience selling into small to mid-sized businesses • Direct experience using the Challenger Sales methodology or similar • Industry experience in the spa, salon, fitness, or wellness space is a big plus • Ability to lead a multi-threaded sales process • Strong business acumen • Comfortable generating your own pipeline • Self-motivated, curious, and coachable • Excellent presentation and communication skills
