• Highly motivated, customer service-minded Traveler Care Specialist role • Working at the intersection of customers and Zicasso’s global network of travel providers • Responsible for assessing and processing client travel inquiries via email, phone, and online • Building trusted relationships with travelers to understand their needs and ensure expectations are exceeded • Leading cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance client experience • Leveraging data, analytics, and technology to drive innovation for luxury travel industry

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in travel industry focusing on travel sales or operations of luxury tours/hotels • Passionate about travel, with extensive international travel experience • Strong customer service-focused skills and fluent in English • Cheerful, confident, adaptable communication skills • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to work in a start-up environment • Comfortable with technology, organizational, and detail-oriented skills • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
