Description

• The Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Partnerships team in managing relationships with consulting, implementation, and technology partners • This role ensures smooth operations and effective communication between the company and its partner ecosystem, while also providing internal organizational coordination and light administrative support to the internal partner organization.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and empathetically with internal teams and external partners • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive effectively • Proficiency in using partner Salesforce, PRM systems, and related tools • Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions and the technology industry, including driving requirements for new functionality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve partner-related issues
