β€’ Own the day-to-day performance and running of the Mid-Market SDR team β€’ Coach, develop, and support SDRs to consistently hit and exceed targets 🎯 β€’ Deliver structured onboarding for new hires and get them ramping quickly β€’ Run proactive training sessions to continuously raise the bar β€’ Build and refine process, structure, and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates β€’ Partner with the Head of Outbound on messaging, sequencing, and outbound strategy β€’ Report on performance metrics and insights to the Head of Outbound

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience managing or leading SDR / outbound teams β€’ Strong coaching mindset. You enjoy developing people, not just hitting numbers β€’ Data-driven approach to performance and improvement β€’ Comfortable working in a high-output outbound environment β€’ Someone who can bring structure, consistency, and energy to the team β€’ Interest in tooling, automation, and building scalable outbound systems βš™οΈ
