• You actively shape our HR digitalization strategy • You drive the implementation of the HR digitalization roadmap — including building, supporting and maintaining existing systems as well as introducing new HR solutions in close collaboration with IT, Data Protection and the business units • You support HR leadership in day-to-day operations, preparing decision papers, presentations and internal statements • You manage HR projects with a focus on process optimization and digital solutions, lead workshops and accompany change with appropriate change measures • You contribute your expertise, support the team across diverse HR topics and help elevate our work to the next level
• Completed degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or a comparable field • Several years of experience in HR project management, in a strategic HR role or as an HR advisor/consultant • Strong conceptual skills as well as analytical and strategic thinking • High digital affinity and ideally experience with HR systems, e.g., applicant tracking systems, time management, HR suites, learning platforms • Strong communication skills, a confident manner and enjoyment of working with many stakeholders • Structured, forward-looking way of working and a desire to actively shape change
