📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Design and architect scalable, high-performance software systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Engineering Team • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Engineering Team • Conduct thorough testing to ensure application quality and performance • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in software development • Experience leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Software Engineers • Track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget using agile methodologies and best practices • Proficiency in PHP, Symfony, and Laravel • Strong experience with Node.js and server-side development frameworks • Experience with GraphQL for API development • Deep understanding of MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB • Front-end development skills using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, and TypeScript • Expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, Lambdas, RDS, and Fargate • In-depth knowledge of RESTful API development • Experience configuring, optimizing, and managing Nginx servers • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows • Proven experience designing and building scalable systems • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Preferred: Python, security-focused development, agile team leadership, PHP and Node.js testing frameworks, monitoring and logging tools, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
