📋 Description

• Own cross-team initiatives from problem definition through production • Own architecture across teams and simplify systems to remove classes of work and defects • Address systemic friction from shared repositories, environment contention, and queue bottlenecks • Design quality architecture, including gate standards, observability baselines, and safe-migration patterns • Define organization-wide workflows, shared infrastructure, and verification practices for engineering with AI • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities, measure impact, and retire ineffective tools • Ship AI product features for clinical documentation, patient communication, and clinic data intelligence • Mentor senior engineers and shape the hiring bar • Conduct difficult code reviews and teach through them • Partner with product leadership on systems aligned with business direction • Migrate approximately 80 .NET repositories to .NET 8 before the support deadline • Improve tenant isolation in a HIPAA platform • Reduce CI pipeline duration • Move AI features, including an ambient clinical scribe, from pilot to product

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building production software in C# and .NET • Experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework • Track record of owning architecture and delivery across multiple teams • Production experience with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS • Angular is a strong plus • Daily use of coding agents in engineering work • At least one production feature built on large language models and shipped and operated • Experience with systems built or operated under HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, or comparable regulation • Written and spoken communication across time zones and with colleagues whose first language is not English • Current and valid authorization to work in the country where applying • No visa sponsorship is offered
