📋 Description

• Process payroll and audit the employee database regarding salary and pay • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including payroll functions, to ensure adherence to company guidelines • Audit status change information in ADP Payroll software to ensure employee information is accurate and up to date • Support the Payroll Director in all aspects of payroll • Communicate with corporate and facility departments to increase payroll service performance and improve payroll systems and processes • Assist in the month-end close process • Assist in Accounting Department projects, including payroll projects • Assist in audits, including annual financial statement, annual 401(k), and workers’ compensation audits • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum associate’s degree in finance or accounting, or minimum 5 years’ payroll experience in lieu of Associate’s Degree • Minimum five years’ experience in payroll position • Experience in Health/Behavioral Health related organization a plus • Experience in payroll with multi-states including California is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in ADP WorkforceNow preferred
