📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development of new product features using React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python on the backend • Translate designs, sketches, and product ideas into functional, reusable, beautiful, and intuitive UI components • Partner closely with Product and Design to create seamless, user-friendly customer experiences • Interact directly with end-users to understand their needs and build appropriate solutions • Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and problem-solving while maintaining code quality and performance standards • Contribute to building and maintaining Anomalo’s web platform • Shape and ship customer-facing features from concept through launch • Contribute to key technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience • Significant experience building modern, customer-facing web applications • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development • Extensive experience using Python • Strong knowledge of SQL • Experience working closely with end-users and translating their needs into features • Demonstrated experience integrating AI-powered development tools into daily engineering workflow • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach • Ability to take ownership of complex projects while working independently • Currently based in the United States • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
