📋 Description

• Build AI agents for real-time workforce management that monitor support volume, staffing, and performance • Enable agents to use live operational data, historical patterns, customer-specific policies, and Assembled’s workforce management platform • Design control and observability layers for autonomous operations • Evolve the Workforce Operations product for increasingly real-time and automated workflows • Own problems end-to-end from understanding workforce decisions through data models, systems, and customer-facing product experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building software products • Experience shipping products end-to-end from idea to production • Strong generalist software engineering skills across the stack • Ability to turn ambiguous product or technical problems into working software • Understanding of reliability, edge cases, noisy data, and real-world system behavior • Strong product judgment • Experience building AI agents or AI-powered products (nice to have, not required) • Experience with real-time or data-intensive products (nice to have, not required) • Must currently reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization will be verified through E-Verify • Must disclose whether employment visa sponsorship is currently or prospectively required
