📋 Description

• Build end-to-end features across an Angular front end, .NET Core middle tier, and SQL Server data tier in a live clinical platform • Translate clinical workflow requirements into working screens, APIs, and data access that meet performance budgets under real load • Own features involving protected health information that cannot be handed offshore • Set the technical direction for a small pod and review pull requests • Pair with the client’s engineers so contributed code fits their codebase • Work with product and clinical stakeholders to resolve ambiguous requirements • Lead a small full stack pod through specification, development, and production release • Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding, testing, and security standards • Mentor team engineers, including offshore engineers working against synthetic data • Build responsive and accessible Angular 15+ interfaces with TypeScript and RxJS • Design and implement .NET 8 REST APIs with claims-based authorization, EF Core, and hand-written T-SQL • Implement configuration-driven and rules-driven behavior for clinical pathways, cohorts, and campaign flags without code deployment • Meet page-latency and concurrency budgets and instrument code to expose regressions • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and maintain them in the pipeline • Deliver practical WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility • Partner with the Senior Application Architect on system design and technical decisions • Work with the client’s architect, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to resolve open requirements • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, database migration gating, and release readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience • Native- or bilingual-level fluency in written and spoken English • 7+ years of professional software development experience, including proven development-team leadership • 7+ years building web applications and web APIs with .NET Framework and .NET Core • Expert-level proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core Web API • Advanced SQL Server skills, including EF Core, hand-written T-SQL, index-aware query design, and execution-plan reading • Expert-level proficiency in Angular 15+ with TypeScript and RxJS, including state management, change-detection tuning, and component-library design • Strong REST API design skills, including claims-based authorization, versioning, and third-party integration • Demonstrated rules-driven or configuration-driven feature-development experience • Automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing as a standard practice, with experience maintaining green CI suites • Practical WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility implementation experience • Working knowledge of distributed caching with Redis and application-performance instrumentation • Experience in healthcare, financial services, or another regulated domain is a plus • Experience with HL7 FHIR R4 is a plus • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions pipelines is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to build customer relationships and deliver customer-centered solutions • Ability to adopt innovations in business-related digital and technology applications • Ability to operate effectively amid uncertainty and ambiguity
