📋 Description

• Build and maintain full-stack features across a React web application, React Native iOS and Android apps, and Python/Django backend • Design and implement well-documented, well-tested REST APIs for intermittent connectivity conditions • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical plans • Write clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage • Contribute to architecture and design decisions • Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing • Participate in on-call rotations and own production issues • Improve development workflows, tooling, and processes • Contribute to documentation, quality, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Python with experience building backend services and APIs • Experience with Django or a similar Python web framework • Experience building web applications with React • Experience building mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android • Comfortable working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows • Clear communication and ability to give and receive feedback • Experience building offline-first or connectivity-resilient mobile applications • Experience with Django REST Framework • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure • Experience with feature flagging systems and incremental rollout strategies • Experience using AI agents to accelerate development workflows • Background in construction, workforce management, or field operations software • Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects
