📋 Description

• Serve as an internal consultant supporting business unit and system-wide DE&I objectives • Enable DE&I strategies through the design, creation, and implementation of DE&I initiatives and programs • Support DE&I leadership in identifying, prioritizing, and building DE&I capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes • Work with business leaders, HR teams, and internal and external partners • Ensure alignment of system and entity and seamless delivery of programs supporting business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, internally and externally • Organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects with varying timelines and requirements • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations to accomplish deliverables and influence positive outcomes • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Minimum 5 years of required experience
