• Support HRBPs across assigned business areas with employee relations matters, fact gathering, documentation, case tracking, and follow-up. • Assist managers and HRBPs with drafting, editing, reviewing, approving, and tracking corrective action documentation. • Coordinate at-fault vehicle accident follow-up and related corrective action with HR, Fleet, Safety, Risk Management, and Labor Relations partners. • Review attendance concerns, summarize attendance data, prepare corrective action documents, and track follow-up. • Support CDL, DL, DOT, and restricted or suspended license matters by collecting information, tracking timelines, coordinating follow-up, and issuing temporary work arrangement letters. • Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and case status updates for deadlines, approvals, documentation, and follow-up actions. • Answer manager process questions, route issues appropriately, and provide HRBPs with relevant context. • Respond to employee phone calls and Teams messages, route questions, and ensure timely follow-up. • Assist with termination and separation preparation, Dayforce separation processing, and offboarding coordination.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in an HRBP, employee relations, HR generalist, HR operations, or HR analyst role. • Working knowledge of employee relations processes, corrective action practices, attendance management, performance documentation, and HR policy application. • Experience supporting corrective action documentation, case tracking, investigations, manager follow-up, or similar HR processes preferred. • Ability to work with Dayforce, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and ticketing or case management systems. • Strong Excel and reporting skills, including compiling, analyzing, summarizing, and accurately communicating data. • Knowledge and comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency, summarize information, support documentation, identify trends, and streamline HR processes while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment. • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent related experience. • Curiosity about the HRBP function and desire to build foundational experience across employee relations, manager support, documentation, and HR processes. • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent cases, deadlines, and stakeholder requests. • Clear, concise communication and ability to guide managers while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and confidentiality. • Sound judgment and ability to escalate sensitive, complex, or high-risk matters.
• Remote/virtual work arrangement • Starting compensation range of $50,000 to $64,300 • Compensation based on experience, skills, education, and location
