📋 Description

• Own a system, feature area, or larger technical scope • Make trade-off decisions considering customer and business cost • Use and improve the company agentic framework with prompts, configurations, workflows, and guardrails • Anticipate AI-specific failure modes including hallucination, drift, and prompt injection • Own quality for the area, strengthen automated agentic testing, and reduce escaped defects • Lead design discussions and write design documents • Mentor engineers and coach them on using the framework • Influence decisions across pods and lead cross-pod initiatives • Advise engineering leadership and set technical strategy at broader scope • Drive experiments and package learnings for others

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of owning a system or feature area • Daily, fluent use of AI-assisted development, with code you understand and can defend • Experience mentoring other engineers and leading design discussions • Experience owning quality for a production area, including automated testing and escaped-defect trends • Clear written communication, including design docs other engineers rely on • No relocation or sponsorship offered • C2C candidates will not be utilized
