📋 Description

• Provide leadership and support for Oracle COTS G-Invoicing buyer- and seller-side solutions • Support G-Invoicing and other Treasury mandates • Develop small-scope G-Invoicing transactions, including in-flight orders and client-system integrations • Analyze requirements, alternatives, and feasibility studies; create conceptual designs • Identify opportunities for innovation and automation • Support User Acceptance Testing and other testing • Provide Oracle COTS G-Invoicing technical support in an O&M environment, including troubleshooting, alternatives analysis, design, development, unit testing, and implementation • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported technical issues while supporting change-control processes • Participate in system improvement efforts • Develop and maintain supporting documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience providing technical support and development aligned with COTS G-Invoicing buyer and seller side solutions • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle development and functional environments • In-depth experience with Oracle EBS modules including Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iStore, Contract Lifecycle Management, and General Ledger, as they relate to and interface with the U.S. Treasury Department G-Invoicing application • Expertise identifying system bugs and performing custom CEMLIs • Experience working with third-party software interfaces, Oracle Support, DBAs, and Oracle product support professionals • Technical proficiency and direct experience using Oracle, PL/SQL, Azure DevOps, and webMethods data integration • Hands-on experience working directly with federal G-Invoicing initiatives • Experience developing and maintaining system documentation • Experience prioritizing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving user-reported system and process issues • Experience providing daily operational support of Oracle EBS Federal Financial Modules • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
