📋 Description

• Lead troubleshooting investigations to bring quicker issue resolution to complex problems impacting customers • Act as the customer's technical single point of contact • Establish credibility and build impactful customer relationships • Own incident response, backup/DR validation, security patching, secure access management, and audit log monitoring workstreams • Enable the Operations team to deliver excellent customer service through documentation and knowledge transfer • Work with a wide variety of customers, industries, and emerging technologies • Develop skills and contributions through educational and personal growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in information technology, preferably cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, infrastructure, or platform services operations • 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure and ecosystem • Proficiency with network and security troubleshooting, including routing, DNS, security groups, ACLs, WAF, VPN, and bastion access • Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Ruby, Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Proficiency in at least one infrastructure-as-code framework: Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation • Previous production 24/7 on-call experience with an incident management/paging tool; mandatory • Previous Windows/Linux server administration and patching experience • Familiarity with at least one monitoring platform: CloudWatch, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, or Prometheus • Experience with Claude Code, Codex, or a similar AI-driven development environment • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including container image patching/vulnerability remediation • Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Git, Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub, or GitLab • Experience with MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL • Experience with cloud governance/compliance or CSPM tooling • Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira • AWS Associate-level certification is a nice-to-have • Exposure to Azure is a nice-to-have
