📋 Description

• Lead advanced full-stack engineering methods, frameworks, and standards across multiple initiatives • Deliver complex end-to-end solutions with reliability, scalability, performance, and domain alignment • Analyze application requirements, capabilities, drivers, constraints, and tradeoffs to shape solution approaches • Communicate architectural options, API design decisions, database considerations, sequencing decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders, vendors, and partners • Guide full-stack engineering areas and organize work with limited oversight • Improve engineering processes, development practices, and technical standards through automation, reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operating methods • Mentor full-stack engineers across levels and provide technical guidance to emerging leaders • Strengthen consistency through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing • Monitor application outcomes, delivery risks, performance signals, and integration health • Identify issues early, inform corrective actions, and sustain progress across complex initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field required • Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred • Certification in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, or DevOps preferred • Experience with full-stack engineering methods, frameworks, and standards • Knowledge of front-end and back-end capabilities • Knowledge of API design, database considerations, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operating methods • Ability to communicate complex architectural options and technical recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to mentor full-stack engineers and provide technical guidance
