📋 Description

• Support the development and maintenance of solutions for various business units within the Corporate Operations/Data Analytics team • Participate in design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance • Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards • Create data models • Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements • Maintain communication with stakeholders during solution development • Collaborate with peers on development and solution strategy • Identify efficient and effective product solutions • Perform regular code reviews and requests • Comply with all policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience • 0–2 years of experience in the field or a related area • Completion of a technical training program (e.g. LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree • Up to 2 years of experience with SQL and/or business intelligence tools • Hands-on experience with Power BI • Understanding of data modeling and relational database concepts • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Preferred: Experience with Snowflake or other relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata • Preferred: Familiarity with DAX and Power Query • Preferred: Experience with object-oriented programming such as Python • Preferred: Healthcare experience • Preferred: Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
