The product provides AI assistants for research, outreach guidance, proactive deal-health alerts, and one-click actions into sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn) to help sales, RevOps, and customer success teams improve pipeline, win rates, and account coverage.

📋 Description

• Own a full product line, including roadmap definition, technical architecture, implementation, and outcome measurement • Work directly with customers through sales calls, customer Slack channels, and discovery conversations to identify and prioritize product work • Build across the full stack, including React and Next.js frontend applications, scalable backend systems, durable third-party integrations, and LLM pipelines • Work directly with the founders on weekly product and architecture decisions • Set the engineering quality and shipping velocity standard as one of the first ten hires • Ship a first production PR in week one • Own a first feature end to end by day 15 • Lead a product line with daily customer usage by day 60

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building a product from zero to one, or leading a high-impact technical initiative at a growth-stage or larger company • Strong product instincts and ability to identify what to build next during customer calls • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Ability to operate independently • Expertise across complex frontend and backend systems • Experience with React, Next.js, background job infrastructure, and database architecture • Existing US work authorization; the company is unable to sponsor visas • Preferred: experience shipping LLM-powered products to production with rigorous evaluation practices • Preferred: direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles • Preferred: prior experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a top-tier early-stage company
