📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey • Turn complex requirements into recommendations and guide customers toward measurable business outcomes • Develop deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and customer problems • Explain complex concepts to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders • Build customer-specific solutions supporting deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value • Partner with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering as a core account-team member • Own customer outcomes from discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion • Lead discovery conversations covering objectives, pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria • Translate business and operational needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths • Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives • Conduct blockchain investigations and deliver compliance and regulatory guidance • Build notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows • Develop AI-assisted workflows for investigations, analysis, and customer processes • Design automation for compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, and security operations • Help customers operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and technical patterns • Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integrations • Drive platform adoption and identify new use cases • Assemble technical evidence for quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations • Build customer capability and self-sufficiency • Own customer feedback loop with Product and Engineering • Act as a trusted advisor and represent Chainalysis at meetings, industry events, and conferences • Contribute reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and improved team practices

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management • Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences • Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills • Ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders • Creative, structured, and investigative approach to challenging customer problems • Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly • Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable • Curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time • Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and incomplete information • Collaborative approach, willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices • Demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes • Interest in blockchain and desire to build understanding of the technology, market, and customers • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions • Must not require sponsorship to maintain United States work authorization
