📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects • Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements • Collaborate with Sales teams on pre-sales activities • Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions • Identify and mitigate risks in solution implementations • Contribute to improving service delivery processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience • Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity • Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes • Competent understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals • Competent with Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services • Competent with Unix/Linux • Competent in scripting development using Microsoft tools such as SQL and PowerShell • Competent in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography • Competent with business application suites such as Microsoft 365 • Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making
