📋 Description

• Review incoming ethics hotline complaints and develop actionable investigation plans • Conduct objective, confidential investigations into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, and ethical breaches • Perform internal audits assessing compliance with company policies and procedures • Collect, document, and analyze evidence • Conduct witness and subject interviews • Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, outside counsel, and subject matter experts • Analyze investigation data to identify trends and mitigate compliance risks • Recommend policy and process changes to leadership • Plan and perform operational and internal audits to verify accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external laws • Draft comprehensive investigation and audit reports for senior management • Provide ethics training and awareness initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or human resources compliance • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Advanced interviewing skills • High emotional intelligence and objective judgment • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Impeccable integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personal data • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
