📋 Description

• Support U.S. employees and oversee core HR operations • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with the PEO and external providers • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS administration • Coordinate U.S. immigration and visa matters with external immigration counsel • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters • Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally supporting U.S. employees • Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR administration • Experience coordinating U.S. immigration and visa matters • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine care for employees • Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized
